Combat Achievements
Combat Achievements (commonly abbreviated CA) are a set of combat-based tasks and challenges. They are intended to test the player's process in combat related content, ranging from endurance challenges, killing monsters under a set time limit, and restriction based tasks in which players must kill a monster in a specific manner. There are currently a total of 190 Combat Achievements. The Combat Achievements can be accessed via the Quest tab.
Upon completion of a Combat Achievement a message will appear in the chatbox:
Task types
Tasks are sorted into categories based on the requirements. Most tasks within Combat Achievements will rely on the player's ability to complete them alone, though there are tasks which require multiple players to complete, such as tasks for the Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood, and The Nightmare.
| Task Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Kill count | Kill a monster a certain number of times. |
| Mechanical | Defeat a boss in a way that hints at how players are supposed to fight the boss, or tasks the player to kill the boss in a specific, difficult way |
| Perfection | Complete a task without taking damage or dying. |
| Restriction | Complete a task under a set of restrictions. |
| Speed | Kill a boss within a set timeframe. |
| Stamina | Kill a boss for a certain amount of times without leaving the area. |
Tiers
Combat Achievement tasks are split into six categories based on their difficulty:
| Tier | No. of tasks | Description | |
|---|---|---|---|
 | Easy | 11 | Easy Combat Achievements tasks do not require any significant skill levels to complete, typically involving tasks to kill a low amount of a boss or basic tasks involving killing a monster in a specific manner. |
 | Medium | 21 | Medium Combat Achievements tasks involve tasks to kill an intermediate amount of a boss, require a basic knowledge of dealing with boss mechanics, as well as doing so under certain restrictions to complete. |
 | Hard | 21 | Hard Combat Achievements tasks require the player to have high combat levels, having high-level equipment available, and an intermediate knowledge of dealing with boss mechanics in order to complete. Stamina-type tasks begin to appear as well, and the first raid task appears in the hard tier. |
 | Elite | 63 | Elite Combat Achievements tasks require the player to have high combat levels, having high-level equipment available, as well as good knowledge of dealing with boss mechanics in addition to doing so under difficult restrictions to complete. Speed-based tasks and tasks for raids begin to appear as well. |
 | Master | 39 | Master Combat Achievements tasks require the highest combat levels, the best equipment available, and advanced knowledge of a bosses mechanics, with the ability to skillfully kill said bosses and deal with their mechanics with precision, especially within raids. |
 | Grandmaster | 35 | Grandmaster Combat Achievements tasks require the highest combat levels, some of the best equipment available, and precise, in-depth knowledge of a bosses mechanics, with the ability to skillfully kill said bosses and deal with their mechanics perfectly without mistakes. |

Combat Achievements by Tier
Easy
There are currently 11 Easy Combat Achievements:
- Kill each Dagannoth King 25 times
- Obtain 50 kills on each of the Barrows Brothers
- Kill Graardor with none of his minions alive
- Kill K'ril Tsutsaroth with none of his minions alive
- Kill Zilyana with none of her minions alive
- Kill Kree'arra with none of his minions alive
- Complete 10 Risky Barrows waves without leaving
- Kill all 6 Barrows Brothers without taking damage from any of the brothers
- Kill Scorpia without killing her guardians
- Kill Skotizo with none of his altars active
- Kill the Giant Mole with full Dharok's without going over 10 HP
Medium
There are currently 21 Medium Combat Achievements:
- Kill the Abyssal Sire, the Alchemical Hydra, Cerberus, and the Kraken once
- Complete the Tzhaar fight caves
- Kill Vorkath 50 times
- Kill Zulrah 50 times
- Kill the Kalphite Queen 50 times
- Kill 25 Glacors
- Kill each God Wars Dungeon boss 50 times
- Kill Cerberus without taking any damage from his lava pools
- Kill Cerberus without taking any damage from his Summoned Souls
- Kill the Abyssal Sire without taking any damage from tentacles
- Kill the Abyssal Sire without taking any damage from miasma pools
- Kill the Abyssal Sire without letting any spawns mature
- Kill Vorkath without taking any damage from its Zombified Spawn
- Kill Vorkath without taking any damage from its acid pools
- Kill Vorkath without taking any damage from its rapid dragonfire attack
- Kill Vorkath without taking any damage from its fireball attack
- Kill the Alchemical Hydra without being poisoned by its acid pools
- Kill the Alchemical Hydra without being stunned by its lightning
- Kill the Alchemical Hydra without being burned by its flames
- Kill the Alchemical Hydra without taking damage from its regular attacks
- Complete a Skotizo kill with a Demonbane weapon
Hard
- There are currently 21 Hard Combat Achievements:
- Complete the Chambers of Xeric
- Complete the Theatre of Blood
- Kill the Nightmare of Ashihama
- Kill Nex 50 times
- Kill the Corporeal Beast 50 times
- Kill the Nomad 50 times
- Finish off the WildyWyrm using a Wilderness Sword 4
- Complete a General Graardor kill with a staff
- Complete a K'ril Tsutsaroth kill with a Demonbane weapon
- Complete a Vorkath kill using melee and without a Salve Amulet
- Kill TzTok-Jad without taking any damage
- Complete a Kalphite Queen kill with Verac's Flail
- Complete all the Cerberus medium achievements in a single kill
- Complete all the Abyssal Sire medium achievements in a single kill
- Complete all the Vorkath medium achievements in a single kill
- Complete all the Hydra medium achievements in a single kill
- Kill Graardor 20 times without leaving the room
- Kill Zilyana 20 times without leaving the room
- Kill Kree'arra 20 times without leaving the room
- Kill K'ril 20 times without leaving the room
Elite
There are currently 63 Elite Combat Achievements:
- Kill JalTok-Jad
- Complete the Chambers of Xeric 50 times
- Complete the Theatre of Blood 50 times
- Kill every God Wars Dungeon boss 200 times
- Kill the Abyssal Sire, the Alchemical Hydra, Cerberus, and the Kraken 150 times
- Kill every Wilderness boss 150 times
- Finish off Nex with a Zaros Godsword
- Defeat the Nightmare without any sleepwalkers reaching the Nightmare
- Defeat the Nightmare without any member taking damage from uncured parasites
- Defeat the Nightmare without any member taking damage from flowers
- Defeat the Nightmare without any member taking damage from her surge
- Defeat the Nightmare without any member being infected by spores
- Defeat Nex without any party members being dragged during her smoke phase.
- Defeat Nex without any party members being hit by her smoke smash.
- Defeat Nex without any party members spreading her virus.
- Defeat Nex without any party members getting hit by her shadow smash.
- Defeat Nex while defeating all Blood Reavers she spawns.
- Defeat Nex without any party members being hit by her blood sacrifice.
- Defeat Nex without any party members taking damage from stalagmites.
- Defeat Nex without any party members being hit by her imprison attack.
- Defeat Nex without any party members taking damage from auto attacks while praying incorrectly.
- Complete a Chambers of Xeric with no team deaths
- Receive kill credit for the Ice Demon without praying ranged
- Receive kill credit for the Ice Demon without taking damage
- Receive kill credit for a Lizardman Shaman in CoX without taking damage in the room
- Receive kill credit for Tekton without taking damage
- Receive kill credit for a Guardian without taking damage
- Destroy the Abyssal Portal without making Vespula land
- Complete the Crabs room without wasting any orbs after the first crystal is activated
- Complete the Muttadiles room without either Muttadile eating from the tree
- Complete a Theatre of Blood without dying
- Complete the Maiden without any Nylocas healing her
- Complete the Maiden without any members stepping in blood
- Complete Bloat without any members being hit by his earthquake
- Complete Bloat without any members being hit by his flies
- Complete Bloat without any members being stunned
- Complete Nylocas Vasilias without anyone taking reflect damage
- Complete Sotetseg without anyone walking off the path
- Complete Sotetseg after the whole team shares the big ball (minimum 2)
- Complete Sotetseg without any party members having prayers disabled
- Complete Xarpus without any party members being hit after his screech
- Complete Xarpus without any party members being poisoned
- Survive Verzik's first phase without any members being hit by her attacks, or pillars
- Survive Verzik's second phase without any members being stunned
- Survive Verzik's third phase without taking avoidable damage from the green ball
- Complete Verzik's third phase without any members standing in tornadoes
- Complete Verzik's third phase without any members being damaged by webs
- Complete a Corporeal Beast kill in under 2:30
- Complete a Kraken kill in under 0:25
- Complete a Zulrah kill in under 0:50
- Complete a TzTok-Jad kill in under 0:45
- Complete a Evil Chicken kill in under 0:20
- Complete a Skotizo kill in under 1:00
- Complete a Vorkath kill in under 1:30
- Complete a Alchemical Hydra kill in under 1:45
- Complete a Nex kill in under 9:00
- Complete a Demonic Gorillas kill in under 0:30
- Kill Graardor 50 times without leaving the room

Master
There are currently 39 Master Combat Achievements:
- Complete the Inferno
- Complete the Chambers of Xeric 200 times
- Complete the Theatre of Blood 200 times
- Kill JalTok-Jad without taking any damage
- Kill Olm without any party members taking damage from his specials or healing him
- Complete a Theatre of Blood with no team deaths
- Complete all the mechanical Nightmare Elite achievements in a single kill
- Complete all the mechanical Nex Elite achievements in a single kill
- Complete all the Chambers of Xeric achievements for any 5 rooms in a single run
- Complete all the Maiden Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete all the Bloat Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete all the Nylocas Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete all the Sotetseg Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete all the Xarpus Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete all the Verzik Elite achievements in a single run
- Complete a Corporeal Beast kill in under 1:45
- Complete a Kraken kill in under 0:20

- Complete all the Chambers of Xeric tasks for any 6 rooms, and Olm, in one run
- Complete all the Theatre of Blood Master tasks in a single run
- Complete a Corporeal Beast kill in under 1:10
- Complete a Kraken kill in under 0:14
- Complete a Zulrah kill in under 0:18
- Complete a TzTok-Jad kill in under 0:11
- Complete a Evil Chicken kill in under 0:07
- Complete a Skotizo kill in under 0:27
