It's a 'perfect' ring.

The 'perfect' ring is a one of the best rings ingame, created from the four wilderness diamonds: the ice diamond, the blood diamond, the smoke diamond and the shadow diamond. In general, it is seen as the most expensive item for the ring slot.

Whenever you gain PkHonor Points, Pest Control Points, Slayer points, Morph ring charges or Castle Wars tickets while wearing the perfect ring, there is a 10% chance that you will receive double points or tickets instead. This stacks with the bonuses from events and also applies to PkHonor Points and Pest Control Points gained from killing the WildyWyrm. It does not double vote points.

To make the ring, the user will need to use one of the four diamonds on a furnace while having a ring mould and gold bar in your inventory. Crafting the ring grants 60,000 Smithing XP. The four diamonds and the 'perfect' ring are all tradeable. The diamonds are dropped by:

• The Blood diamond is dropped by the WildyWyrm.
• The Ice diamond is dropped by Frost Dragons (exclusively the ones located in the wilderness).
• The Smoke diamond is dropped by the King Black Dragon.
• The Shadow diamond is dropped by the Chaos Elemental.

• The Ice diamond used to be dropped by Glacors. However, on the 15th of January 2019 Glacors were moved out of the Wilderness. Thus, the Ice diamond got moved to the Frost Dragon droptable.
