A Heraldic kiteshield/helm is a decorative Steel or Rune kiteshield/helm, there's also a decorative banner that is for Donators only, because only players who can buy banners are Donators. Players can paint them on a Shield easel or Banner easel in a Player-owned house if they have level 43 Crafting or higher and have been assigned a crest by Sir Renitee in the White Knights' Castle. Sir Renitee will not assign a crest unless the player has over level 16 Construction. A player's crest assignment is free. Players can use a Pluming stand in another player's house if they do not have one in theirs. The shields/helms have exactly the same stats as their Steel or Rune counterparts same with the Banners. They are untradeable and the paint cannot be removed.

Note: The Saradomin and Zamorak heraldic shields/helms/banners will not offer any protection in the God Wars Dungeon.

Location: Spell book, City teleports, Falador.

Walk south into the white knights temple, then all the way east and up the ladder.

Talk to Sir Renitee and choose a family crest.

Teleport to ::shops and talk to the Armour Salesman and buy steel or rune kiteshields/helms.

Tele to varrock and enter your player-owned house and go to your workshop and operate your banner making stand and select paint a rune kiteshield/helm/banner.
