Max Cape
The Max Cape is a cape that can be worn by players who have achieved Level 99 in all 23 skills, unlocked all prayers, and completed all quests. The Max cape can be bought inside a Players House in the Costume Room from a Marble Cape Rack for 2B GP and 3,000 PkHonor Points. The Max Cape has excellent combat stats and also provides the Ava's Accumulator effect.
Requirements
- Level 99 in all skills
- At least 5 skills with 200M XP
- Have Premium status
- All Quests completed
- All Wise Old Man achievements completed
- Unlocked Endless Ancient Curses
- Unlocked Rapid Renewal Prayer
- Unlocked Augury Prayer
- Unlocked Rigour Prayer
- Unlocked Preserve Prayer

Variants
Several different cosmetic variations can be made by combining with a certain item. All of these variants have the different bonuses as compared to the regular Max cape. Using a knife on a max cape varient will return both a regular max cape and the respective item (e.g. Fire Cape).

Emote
The max cape's emote shows the icons for all 23 skills flying above the character's head, and a bar graph stylized like the stats interface icon, with the player floating over it.
Refund Mechanics
The Max Capes and Max Hoods will all go to refund box on death for 120M coins each.
