Magic Stone
The Magic Stone is a reward from elite and master clue caskets. It is used to build several different things in a Player owned house, most notably the Magic Chest. A Magic Chest is required in order to obtain the Morph Ring. In order to build a Magic Chest, you must first build Nomad in a Treasure Room in the dungeon.
