The ability to build up to 100 rooms in a Player-Owned House instead of 25
Access to a shop with valuable items (dragon axe, inferno adze, 3rd age equipment, robin hood hat, …)
The ability to use the Inferno Adze, the best axe/pickaxe in the game. Has the ability to immediately burns all logs, granting firemaking XP.
Access to the Frost Dragon Cave (accessible through your Player-Owned House Portal room)
Drinking from the Fountain of Heroes in Edgeville grants 10 bonus hitpoints and prayer points above your max HP and prayer levels
The ability to recharge an Amulet of Glory at a Fountain of Heroes, with the chance at receiving the Amulet of Eternal Glory.
Access to a shop with cosmetic clothes (boxing gloves, zombie outfit, berets, …)
Access to Premium Island, a large premium-only area
Access to the Corporeal Beast (dropping all kinds of spirit shields as well as other valuable items)
