Magic EXP efficiency Methods:

Method #01 "High-Alching":

Experience per Hour: 74,100,000 xp/hr

How to: High Alching will grant:

With brawlers: 24,700
Without: 19,000

Set up your inventory like this (you can use a fire staff):

And simply start clicking with a regular tempo.

Method #02 "Creating Teletabs":

Experience per Hour: ~165,000,000 xp/hr

How-to: Making tele-tabs in your Player Owned House at the Mahogany eagle/demon lectern, while wearing Magic Brawlers, will grant you the fastest Magic experience in game and will also give you around the same in runecraft.

How to:

Make a preset with Law and Air runes, and soft clay, and then make tabs at the lectern.
