First you need to make games necklace, or if you don't wanna do this part you can run from thieving teleport to Baxtorian falls by using ::map to guide you.

Then enchant the completed necklace using 1 water and 1 cosmic rune.

Getting to Baxtorian falls is easy, just press the second teleport option of games necklace

The teleport will take you to the place that the red line starts at (from there just run to where the blue triangle is located in the picture)

Once there, talking to the guy will give you options to either disable or enable auto-smash vials (the third option)

After this option has been enabled, once you drink the last bit of any potion the empty pot will be automatically destroyed.
