This can be very useful when using items that use slightly more than 50% special attack such as the Dark Bow, Korasi's Sword, and Dragon Scimitar. Items like these can be used in series with other special attacks, such as a Godsword or Granite Maul. This ring will allow players to use different special combos that would otherwise not be possible.
