It is obtained by combining a blood diamond, smoke diamond, shadow diamond, and ice diamond, which are dropped by all wilderness bosses. The ring also has a 10% chance to double points of any kind that you receive - PkHonor points, slayer points, bounty hunter points, pest control points, etc.
