The fastest way to get there is by using the God Wars teleport in the monster teleports. Run Northeast past the entrance to the dungeon. Click on the Rocky Handholds. You will climb down the shortcut and into Level 31 Wilderness. Run South to the Ruins and you will find the Crazy Archaeologist in the center.
