Refund Box

Refund box keeper is the owner of the refund store. Whenever you lose items because of a scam or hack, or because of a bug or glitch inside PkHonor, the admins of PkHonor will put the items you lost inside your own personal refund box. As soon as you log in, you will be notified there are items in your refund box. Then simply talk to Refund box keeper to collect them.

If you lost any item(s) due to an in-game glitch, hack, scam, or other in-game issue you could get them refunded.

First, you will have to make a refund in the Refund section. You can also use the ::refund command in-game. When arrived there, click the How to make the perfect refund request [READ ME] topic, and copy the corresponding format that is given. Next, return to the 'Refund' section, and click 'Post a new topic'. Paste the format there, and fill it in with your details. Refunds are usually handled every 1-4 days (4 days being the extreme maximum), so you'll require some patience.

However, Refund box keeper also collect fire capes, pets and some other items from people who lost them through various means. The Refund box keeper then puts them in your refund box. Collecting items that you lose in a scam or hack or because of a bug will cost you nothing when you collect them. However, a fire cape will cost you 300 coins to reclaim it.

Refund box is offered outside of dangerous, instanced boss fights and other challenges. If a player dies during one of these activities, their items will be saved and made available to retrieve at a later time. The refund box prevents the player from permanently losing items due to an instanced area ceasing to exist after the player dies. Any items stored in the Refund Box will be permanently lost should the player die anywhere in an unsafe death. Thus it is highly recommended that players retrieve their items as soon as possible if planning to continue dangerous activities. Dying in an activity with an Item Retrieval Service will let the player keep their three most valuable items (affected by skull and Protect Item) but not additional untradeable items, unlike standard deaths outside PvP scenarios. Refund Box/Item Retrieval Service are notably used by all players, especially Ultimate ironmen who store all of their items in lieu of a bank while performing activities with no risk of death, such as skilling.

Deposits

Deposits

The way a player 'deposits' an item into the refund box, is by dropping it and waiting for it to despawn. Other players won't be able to pick up untradeable items, but watch out either way. Also, be a 100% sure that the items go to your refund box. If they don't, they will simply vanish and be lost forever.

You can also deposit coins in here, which are used to pay for items you withdraw. The amount of coins you can deposit is unlimited and you can always withdraw them for free. Use any item on the Refund box keeper, and he will tell you whether it will be returned to your refund box. And if so, for which price you will be able to reclaim it!

The refund box will store a wide variety of items, mostly being untradeable. Some items can be reclaimed for free, others for a fee. So keep this in mind when trying to deposit items into your refund box.
